"Lease" includes an original or derivative under-lease, also a grant at a fee
farm rent, or securing a rent by condition, and an agreement for a lease where
the lessee has become entitled to have his or her lease granted.
"Lessee" includes an original or derivative under-lessee, a grantee under such
a grant as aforesaid, his or her executors, administrators, and assigns, a
person entitled under an agreement as aforesaid, and the executors,
administrators, and assigns of a lessee.
"Lessor" includes an original or derivative under-lessor, a grantor as
aforesaid, a person bound to grant a lease under an agreement as aforesaid,
and the executors, administrators, and assigns of a lessor.
"Under-lease" includes an agreement for an under-lease where the under-lessee
has become entitled to have his or her under-lease granted.
"Under-lessee" includes any person deriving title through or from an
under-lessee.
