CROWN LAND MANAGEMENT ACT 2016 - SECT 12.17
Purpose and term of State strategic plan for Crown land
(1) A State
strategic plan for Crown land is to set the vision, priorities and overarching
strategy for the management of Crown land in the State, having regard to the
objects of this Act and appropriate environmental, social, cultural heritage
and economic considerations.
(2) A State strategic plan for Crown land has
effect for the period of 10 years (or any other period as may be prescribed by
the regulations) after it is approved by the Minister.
