(1) The Minister may (whether conditionally or unconditionally) reverse a forfeiture of a holding.
(2) The reversal of the forfeiture of a holding takes effect--(a) if the holding is under the Real Property Act 1900 --on the Minister causing a notice of the reversal to be entered in the Register, or(b) if the holding is not under the Real Property Act 1900 --on notice of the reversal being published in the Gazette.
(3) A forfeiture that is reversed is taken never to have had effect.
