Examination and testing of electricity delivery equipment
63P Examination and testing of electricity delivery equipment
(1) The Tribunal may from time to time cause any electricity delivery
equipment, and the operation of that equipment, to be examined and tested by
an inspector for the purpose of determining whether the equipment can be, and
is being, operated-- (a) safely, and
(b) in accordance with any
relevant safety management system.
(2) A
"relevant safety management system" is any system of the network operator
concerned that is for the purpose of ensuring the safe operation of the
network operator's transmission or distribution system.
(3) An inspector may
enter any place at any reasonable time for the purpose of exercising functions
under this section in connection with electricity delivery equipment that is
in the place.
