RESIDENTIAL (LAND LEASE) COMMUNITIES ACT 2013 - SECT 103
Relationship of operator with residents committee
(1) None of the following people can be members of a residents committee-- (a)
the operator of the community,
(b) a close associate of the operator (even if
he or she is a resident).
(2) The operator of a community or close associate
of the operator may, if invited by the residents committee, attend and speak
at-- (a) a meeting of the committee or of a subcommittee, or
(b) a meeting of
residents convened by the committee.
