RESIDENTIAL (LAND LEASE) COMMUNITIES ACT 2013 - SECT 99
Office holders of residents committee
(1) A residents committee may elect a chairperson or secretary, or both, from
among its members.
(2) An office holder-- (a) holds office until his or her
current term as a member of the committee ends, but may be re-elected, and
(b) may be removed from office, at any time, by resolution of the committee.
(3) Removal from office under this section does not of itself affect the
former office holder's membership of the committee.
