MEDICINES, POISONS AND THERAPEUTIC GOODS ACT 2012 - SECT 112

A person commits an offence if:

        (a)     the person manufactures, supplies or uses a paint containing a pesticide; and

        (b)     the pesticide is not prescribed by regulation.

Maximum penalty:     100 penalty units or imprisonment for 12 months.
