Northern Territory Consolidated Regulations Northern Territory Consolidated Regulations(1) For the Vehicle Standards, a restored vehicle is taken to have been built when it was originally built and not when it was restored.
(2) In this rule:
"restored vehicle" means a vehicle that is being, or has been, restored to its manufacturer's specifications, so far as it is practicable to meet the specifications.
