Northern Territory Numbered Acts Northern Territory Numbered Acts(1) The CEO may, on the CEO's own initiative and with the agreement of the person holding the accreditation or on the application of that person:
(a) vary the accreditation of an animal ethics committee, its authority or its composition; or
(b) vary a condition of an accreditation.
(2) As soon as practicable after making a decision on an application under subsection (1), the CEO must give a decision notice to the person holding the accreditation.
