Ending show cause process without further action
164 Ending show cause process without further action
(1) This section applies if, after considering the accepted representations,
the chief executive no longer believes a ground exists to take the
proposed action.
(2) The chief executive must not take any further action
about the show cause notice.
(3) The chief executive must give the holder a
notice stating that the proposed action will not be taken.
