CASINO CONTROL ACT 1982 - SECT 132
Dealing with existing applications
132 Dealing with existing applications
(1) This section applies to an application for a casino key employee licence
or a casino employee licence made under section 35(1) and not decided before
the commencement.
(2) The application must be decided under this Act as in
force immediately after the commencement.
