Participating jurisdictions tax entitlement
115 Participating jurisdictions tax entitlement
(1) From time to time (as contemplated in the intergovernmental agreement),
the Minister must remit to a participating regulator a proportion of the
interactive gambling tax collected or recovered from licensed providers (
"interactive gambling tax revenue" ).
(2) The amount to be remitted must
reflect— (a) the contribution of players in the participating jurisdiction
to the total gambling turnover of licensed providers; and
(b) the proportion
of interactive gambling tax revenue properly attributable to that
contribution.
(3) Amounts may be remitted under this section without further
appropriation.
