"commencement" means the commencement of this chapter.
"declared health service" see section 148 .
"ICMP" see section 152 .
"invasive procedure" means a procedure involving the insertion of an
instrument, appliance or other object into human tissue, organs, body cavities
or body orifices.
Examples—subcutaneous and intramuscular injections, blood collection, dentistry, suturing of superficial wounds and examinations of the mouth
(a) are a vehicle or are otherwise ordinarily moved from place to place; and
(b) are used for the provision of a declared health service.
