Objection to proposal
230 Objection to proposal
(1) A resident of the park may object to the proposal because it is
unreasonable.
(2) The objection must be made by written notice given to the
park owner before the objection closing day.
(3) The notice must give
particulars of why the proposal is considered to be unreasonable.
