Protection against particular harm
13 Protection against particular harm
An employer of a child must take
reasonable steps to ensure the child is not subject to deliberate or
unnecessary social isolation or any behaviour likely to intimidate, threaten,
frighten or humiliate the child. Penalty— Maximum penalty—40 penalty
units.
