HEALTH PRACTITIONER REGULATION NATIONAL LAW REGULATION 2018 - REG 32

32 Who is a contracted service provider

(1) A person is a
"contracted service provider" if the person enters into a contract with the National Agency to provide services to the National Agency.

(2) A person is also a
"contracted service provider" if—

(a) the person enters into a contract (the
"subcontract" ) with a contracted service provider mentioned in subsection (1) (the
"head contractor" ); and

(b) under the subcontract, the person provides, for or on behalf of the head contractor, the services the head contractor is to provide under a contract mentioned in subsection (1) .
