60 Paint—Act, s 60

(1) For section 60 of the Act , the prescribed standard is the current Poisons Standard, part 2 .

(2) In this section—

"current Poisons Standard" see the Therapeutic Goods Act 1989 (Cwlth) , section 52A (1) .
