Queensland Numbered Acts Queensland Numbered Acts(1) A health service employee may be redeployed or seconded at a lower classification level only if the person consents to the redeployment or secondment.
(2) However, subsection (1) does not prevent redeployment or secondment to a lower classification level as a result of disciplinary action against the employee.
