27—Marking of receptacles in which aquatic resources are transported,
consigned for sale etc
(1) A person must not
transport, consign for or have on sale, in a receptacle any aquatic resources
unless—
(a) in
the case of the holder of a fishery authority—there is legibly marked on
the outside of the receptacle or on a label attached to the outside of the
receptacle—
(i)
the person's full name or initials and surname; or
(ii)
the person's fishery licence or fishery permit number; or
(b) in
the case of a registered fish processor—there is legibly marked on the
outside of the receptacle or on a label attached to the outside of the
receptacle—
(i)
the person's full name or initials and surname; or
(ii)
the person's fish processor registration number; or
(c) in
any other case—there is legibly marked on the outside of the receptacle
or on a label attached to the outside of the receptacle the person's full name
or initials and surname.
Maximum penalty: $2 500.
Expiation fee: $210.
(2) In this
regulation—
"receptacle" includes any container, box or other package.
