For the purposes of section 70(5) of the Act, the amount to be refunded on the
surrender of a trade plate is an amount equal to the product obtained by
multiplying one three hundred and sixty-fifth of the annual fee paid for the
issue of the plate by the number of days in the unexpired portion of the
period for which the plate was issued.
