OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY PRACTICE ACT 2005 (NO 51 OF 2005) - SECT 9

9—Presiding member and deputy

The Minister must, after consultation with the Board, appoint a member of the Board who is an occupational therapist (the "presiding member") to preside at meetings of the Board and another member who is an occupational therapist (the "deputy presiding member") to preside at meetings of the Board in the absence of the presiding member.
