116—Payment of compensation where worker in prison
(1) Where a person who
is in receipt of weekly payments under this Act is convicted of an offence and
committed to prison, then during the period of imprisonment the weekly
payments shall be suspended unless the Corporation determines that they should
be paid to the dependants of the prisoner.
(2) Where the
Corporation determines that weekly payments should be paid to the dependants
of a prisoner, they shall be so paid in such proportions as the Corporation
may determine.
