In this Division—
"initial notification" means the notification of an injury that is given to an
employer (if the worker is in employment) and the Corporation, in the manner
and form required by the Provisional Payment Guidelines, by the worker or by a
person acting on behalf of the worker (for example, by an employer or a
medical expert);
"Provisional Payment Guidelines" means guidelines published by the Minister
from time to time in the Gazette for the purposes of this Division.
