Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current Acts(1) In accordance with section 75 of the Equal Opportunity Act 2010 , the Commission may discriminate against a person in relation to offering employment or appointment as a member of the audit committee of the Commission on the basis of that person's political belief or activity.
(2) The Commission, by notice published in the Government Gazette, must issue guidelines setting out the criteria to be applied in relation to refusing employment or appointment under subsection (1).
(3) In this section, "employment" has the same meaning as it has in the Equal Opportunity Act 2010 .
