Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current Acts(1) The holder of an extractive industry work authority who carries out an extractive industry at a quarry must report to the Chief Inspector in accordance with the regulations a reportable event at the quarry as soon as practicable after the reportable event occurs.
(2) In this section, "reportable event "means an event prescribed as a reportable event for the purposes of this section.
