SERVICE VICTORIA ACT 2018 - SECT 19

Service Victoria CEO must comply with customer service standards

The Service Victoria CEO must comply with customer service standards when performing—

        (a)     transferred customer service functions; or

S. 19(ab) inserted by No. 6/2022 s. 17(1)(a).

        (ab)     customer service functions—

              (i)     under an agreement under Part 2A; or

              (ii)     delegated or authorised under Part 2B or another enactment;

S. 19(ac) inserted by No. 6/2022 s. 17(1)(a).

        (ac)     customer service functions as directed by the Minister under Part 3C;

S. 19(b) amended by No. 6/2022 s. 17(1)(b).

        (b)     a function that is ancillary to a function described in paragraph (a), (ab) or (ac).

Example to s. 19 repealed by No. 6/2022 s. 17(2).
