Victorian Consolidated Regulations Victorian Consolidated Regulations(1) A driver must not stop on an area of a road marked with a keep clear marking.
Penalty: 3 penalty units.
(2) In this rule—
"keep clear marking" means the words "keep clear" marked across all or part of a road, with or without continuous lines marked across all or part of the road.
