ACCIDENT COMPENSATION AMENDMENT ACT 2010 (NO. 9 OF 2010) - SECT 185

For the penalty at the foot of section 42(1) of the Accident Compensation (WorkCover Insurance) Act 1993 substitute —

"Penalty:     In the case of a natural person, 240 penalty units;

In the case of a body corporate, 1200 penalty units.".
