MAJOR CRIME (INVESTIGATIVE POWERS) ACT 2004 (NO 79 OF 2004) - SECT 75

        After section 86J(5) of the Police Regulation Act 1958 insert —

    '(6)     In this section—

"officer of the Ombudsman" means a person who has taken an oath or made an affirmation under section 10(2) of the Ombudsman Act 1973 .

    (7)     Sub-section (6) applies, and must be taken always to have applied, at all times on and after 11 May 1988.'.
