MITCHAM-FRANKSTON PROJECT ACT 2004 (NO 39 OF 2004) - SECT 254

Rates and charges

    (1)     Leased land and licensed land are not rateable land within the meaning of section 154 of the Local Government Act 1989 .

    (2)     Section 221 of the Local Government Act 1989 does not apply in respect of the Mitcham-Frankston Freeway.
