Forfeiture of relics


30. Forfeiture of relics

Upon conviction for an offence against this Act in relation to a relic, in
addition to imposing the penalty under this Act in respect of the offence, the
court by which the person is convicted-

   (a)  shall, where the relic is owned by the person; and

   (b)  may, in all other cases-

order that the relic be forfeited to the Crown.
