Seizure of relics

31. Seizure of relics



(1) Where an inspector or a warden has reasonable grounds for believing that
an offence has been or is being or is about to be committed against this Act
with respect to a relic the inspector or warden may impound and detain that
relic.

(2) Sub-section (1) shall not authorize the detention of a relic for more than
four months.
