Common seal

5. Common seal



(1) The common seal of the University must be kept in such custody as the
Council directs and must not be used except by resolution of the Council or in
such other manner as is authorised by the Statutes.





(2) All courts and persons acting judicially must take judicial notice of the
common seal of the University affixed to any document and, until the contrary
is proved, must presume that it was duly affixed.
