Particulars for application for licence

7. Particulars for application for licence

For the purposes of section 8(5)(g) of the Act, the prescribed matters are-

   (a)  the telephone numbers of any premises from which a motor car trading
        business is to be conducted; and

   (b)  if the applicant is a corporation, the date of appointment of each
        director; and

   (c)  if the applicant is a partnership, the date each member of the
        partnership became a partner.
