BAIL ACT 1982 - SECT 60

60 .         Change of address, accused and surety to notify

                Where the residential address of —

            (a)         an accused who has been released on bail or for whom the requirement for bail has been dispensed with; or

            (b)         a surety,

                changes from that appearing on his bail undertaking, surety undertaking or notice under section 13A(3), as the case may be, he shall forthwith, in writing, notify details of the change to the registrar of the court before which, at the time when the change occurs, the accused is required to appear, and if without reasonable cause he fails to do so he commits an offence.

        Penalty: $1 000.
