210 .         Terms used

                In this Part —

        assessment includes inspection;

        occupier , of premises, includes —

            (a)         the owner of the premises; and

            (b)         the person in charge of the premises; and

            (c)         a person authorised to be present at the premises as an agent of the owner, or of the person in charge, of the premises.
