Western Australian Current Acts Western Australian Current Acts (1) The issue of an
improvement notice or an enforcement order does not prevent proceedings for an
offence under this Act or any other written law being commenced or continued
in connection with any matter in respect of which the notice or order was
issued.
(2) However, criminal
proceedings (including proceedings under The Criminal Code section 177 or 178)
do not lie against a person by reason only that the person has not complied
with an improvement notice.
