NAVIGABLE WATERS REGULATIONS 1958 - REG 4

4 .         Application of Part

                This Part applies to —

            (a)         a vessel being a vessel referred to in any of the Acts or to the owner, master or person in charge of the vessel, as the case may be; and

            (b)         persons in or on navigable waters.
