Western Australian Repealed Regulations Western Australian Repealed RegulationsThis legislation has been repealed.
(1) Tolls, rates, or
charges due to the Port Authority shall not be paid to any person or persons
whomsoever other than to such officers or agents of the Port Authority as are
authorized to receive revenue, and the receipt of any sum of money on behalf
of the Port Authority by any person or persons other than such of its officers
or agents as are authorized in that regard shall not be binding on the Port
Authority in any way whatsoever.
(2) All money shall be
paid to the Port Authority at its office within the ordinary business hours of
the Port Authority.
