This legislation has been repealed.
The Accountant shall
make, or cause to be made, true entries in the books provided by the Port
Authority for that purpose of all moneys or cheques paid to, or received by
him for and on behalf of the Port Authority, and he shall within 24 hours or
such other period as the Port Authority may direct, pay the same moneys and
cheques into the Commonwealth Trading Bank of Australia, at Esperance for
transfer to the Treasury to the credit of an account to be called the
“Esperance Port Authority Account”.
