ESPERANCE PORT AUTHORITY REGULATIONS 1969 - REG 7

7 .         Cheques to be signed

                Moneys shall not be drawn out of such Esperance Port Authority Account, save by cheque drawn on the State Treasury and signed by any member and the general manager.
