Western Australian Repealed Regulations Western Australian Repealed RegulationsThis legislation has been repealed.
(1) A person shall not
ride or push a bicycle, during the hours of darkness, unless it is fitted with
the lamps, and where required, a reflector, as prescribed by the
Road Traffic (Vehicle Standards) Regulations 1977 , as amended from time
to time, and the lamps are alight.
(2) A person shall not
ride a bicycle, unless it is equipped with a brake and a bell, as prescribed
by the Road Traffic (Vehicle Standards) Regulations 1977 , as amended
from time to time.
