ROAD TRAFFIC CODE 1975 - REG 1305

1305. 5         Games and roller skates

                A person shall not — 

            (a)         play any game; or

            (b)         ride on a roller skate or any vehicle that is mounted on small wheels or rollers and not fitted with an efficient mechanism for braking,

                on any part of a road.
