Western Australian Repealed Regulations Western Australian Repealed RegulationsThis legislation has been repealed.
A person shall not on
any road or place to which the public is permitted, whether on payment of a
fee or otherwise, to have access —
(a)
drive or ride an animal or bicycle while under the influence of alcohol, drugs
or alcohol and drugs to such an extent as to be incapable of having proper
control of the animal or bicycle;
(b)
drive or ride an animal or bicycle recklessly or without due care and
attention.
