1616. ¹⁶         Duties of drivers after accidents
1617. ¹⁷         Production of driver’s licence to police
1618 .         Vehicles, etc. to be wheeled

                A person shall not drive or draw a vehicle, tractor, machine, implement or other thing or cause it to be driven or drawn, unless — 

            (a)         provision is made for its movement on wheels and no part of it, other than the wheels, comes into contact with the road; and

            (b)         its wheels, rims or tyres, as the case may be, conform with the requirements of Part 8 of the Road Traffic (Vehicle Standards) Regulations 1977 , as amended from time to time.
