This legislation has been repealed.
(1) A person shall not
drive a herd of cattle or a flock of sheep into, or along, a road or public
place within a town without first having obtained the permission in writing
therefor, from the Director General.
(2) The Director
General may, when granting permission for the purposes of this regulation,
restrict the operation of the permit to such times and places as it thinks
fit.
(3) A person shall not
drive animals in respect of which a permit has been issued under this
regulation, except in accordance with the terms and conditions of the permit.
