COURT PROCEDURES RULES 2006 - REG 3804

The registrar may at any time correct a mistake, omission or error in the name or identity of the respondent in a proceeding in—

        (a)     a document filed in the court in the proceeding; or

        (b)     an order made based on the name in the original application.
